Phone or Fax Orders:

We Accept Phone Orders 9 AM to 7 PM Week Days.
Be Prepaired to Give Us the Catalog Numbers and Quantities Desired.
Have Your MasterCard, VISA, Or Discover Card Number and Expiration Date. We Will also Send Phone Orders by COD (You Pay UPS When He Delivers).
On Fax Orders, Please Indicate Credit Card or COD.

Attention Canadian And Other Foreign Customers:

The Best Method of Payment Would be MasterCard, VISA, or Discover Card. We Will Not Accept Personal Checks From Canada. US Banks Will Not Cash a Canadian Check as US Funds Even if You Write "US Funds" on the Check. If You Are Sending Payment, The Only Method That Results in Our Full Payment is an International Money Order in US Funds equaling the Amount of Your Order. PLEASE SEND $7.50 POSTAGE and if Postage Exceeds That Amount, You Will be Sent a Bill. If Your Actual Postage is Less Than $7.50, You Will Receive a Credit to Deduct From Any Future Order. Minimum Postage and Handling is $5.50.

Back Orders:

If We Do Not Have an Item in Stock, We May Back Order it and Ship iit as Soon as it Arrives in Stock. If We Are Uncertain About When Or If We Will Receive and Item, We May Ask You to Reorder Later.

Returns:

We Accept Returns of Merchandise Purchased From Us Only After We Approve Return and Provided it Has Not Been Used or Worked On. We do Charge a 20% Restocking Charge Before We Issue Your Cedit. You Must Return a Copy of Your Invoice With the Returned Parts To Receive Credit. No Refunds.
